I have tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible, but still provide you a number of options when placing an order. All portraits are a standard size of 10" X 7" on quality 90 lb/190 gsm Cotman paper.

1. To place an order for a portrait you may use any of the following methods:

   • The buttons on this page to order using PayPal
   • In person

2. If you use PayPal to place your order you will be given a choice to upload a digital photograph which must be in either gif or jpg format and can be no larger than 250 KB in size, or you can send an actual photograph, the choice is yours.
3. When sending photograph(s) please back them with cardboard or use other protective measures to protect the photograph(s) from damage. I am not responsible for the damage to any photograph(s) that are sent to me, I will return all photograph(s) that have been sent to me.
4. When placing an order for a portrait, you can pay in full, or pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 20% of the final price. If you do not like the finished portrait for any reason, the order will be cancelled but deposit or in the event that payment was made in full, 20% of the purchase price will be kept to cover the cost of materials..
5. Once the portrait is completed a photograph or scan of the portrait will be posted to the Watercolor Pencil Portraits website and an email will be sent to you so that you can view the Portrait for your approval.
6. Upon sending me your approval on the portrait the final payment is due if you ordered using one of the options that only required that a deposit be paid..
7. After payment is received and your check has cleared my bank I will ship out the finished portrait.
8. A testimonial and or a picture of the portrait on your wall is requested from all customers, but in no way is this required from a customer.
9. All prices are in GBP (Pound Sterling) but during checkout on the PayPal site the amount will be converted to one of the following currencies:
